Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
A pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add gram flour.
Roast the gram flour until it turns aromatic and changes color slightly.
In a separate pan, combine sugar with some water and heat until it forms a thick syrup.
Gradually add the syrup to the roasted gram flour and mix well.
Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray and let it cool.
Once cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
